Your full contribution sits in escrow, untouched — no construction, no operations, no exceptions. It is released only when the property opens, at which point your reward is fulfilled. If it never opens, it is returned.
Not equity. Not an investment. A reward, held in trust until earned.
Founding Build
Be Part of the Build. Get More for It.
You knowingly allow a limited portion of your contribution to be released early — for proof-of-concept work only, such as design or feasibility studies that confirm a project can move forward. In exchange, you're rewarded with enhanced Founders Circle perks unavailable to the Escrow Hold tier.

Is this an investment?
No. This is not an investment. Founders Circle contributors receive rewards only — never equity, profit share, or financial return of any kind.
What do I receive for backing the campaign?
A tangible reward tied to your tier — recognition, service discounts, early booking access, branded keepsakes, or a permanent name at a completed property. Nothing tied to ownership or returns.
How is this different from the seed round covered on Investor Access?
The two are entirely separate. The seed round is a private securities offering open only to accredited investors with a pre-existing relationship to the Company. Founders Circle is open to anyone and offers rewards, not securities.
When will rewards be fulfilled?
Fulfillment timing follows each property's development schedule and will be communicated clearly at the time you back a tier.
How is my contribution handled before a property opens?
It depends on which way you back it. Under Escrow Hold, your full contribution sits untouched until the property opens — no construction, no operations. Under Founding Build, you knowingly allow a limited portion to be released early for proof-of-concept work only — design or feasibility studies that confirm a project can move forward — in exchange for enhanced perks. Either way, it's a reward, never equity.
