Choose how your contribution is handled — with no ownership stake and no claim on future profits, either way.
Held Reservation
Held. Untouched. Refundable Until Land Is Secured.
Your contribution is kept in a dedicated account and is not used for construction or operations. It is fully refundable on request until the land for the property is secured. Refunds are processed within 2 business days to your original payment method. When that milestone is reached, we will email you, and you will have 30 days to request a refund. After that, your contribution is non-refundable. Your reward is fulfilled when the property opens.
Not equity. Not an investment. A reward, held until earned.
Founding Build
Take Part in the Earliest Work.
You choose to allow [X]% of your contribution to be used early, for design and feasibility work only. In exchange you receive enhanced Founders Circle perks. That portion is non-refundable once it is used. The rest of your contribution is held in a dedicated account and is fully refundable on request until the land for the property is secured, on the same terms as a Held Reservation.

Everything above, plus recognition at the property and an invitation to future openings, subject to the Founders Circle terms.

Every tier is a reward, not a return. Rewards are fulfilled when a property opens, and timing follows its development.

Is this an investment?
No. This is not an investment. Founders Circle contributors receive rewards only — never equity, profit share, or financial return of any kind.
What do I receive for backing the campaign?
A tangible reward tied to your tier — recognition, service discounts, early booking access, branded keepsakes, or a permanent name at a completed property. Nothing tied to ownership or returns.
When will rewards be fulfilled?
Fulfillment timing follows each property's development schedule and will be communicated clearly at the time you back a tier.
How is my contribution handled before a property opens?
It depends on which way you back it. Under Escrow Hold, your full contribution sits untouched until the property opens — no construction, no operations. Under Founding Build, you knowingly allow a limited portion to be released early for proof-of-concept work only — design or feasibility studies that confirm a project can move forward — in exchange for enhanced perks. Either way, it's a reward, never equity.
